Micro Wedding: Lauren & Corey

When Lauren & Corey approached us after their original destination wedding plans were affected by COVID, we jumped on the opportunity to help them plan something meaningful in a challenging time. Graydon Hall provided the perfect backdrop to channel their original plans of Lake Como, Italy, and by infusing bright colours against the gardens and tent space of Graydon, this vision came to life.

Surrounded by their 50 closest family & friends, Lauren & Corey held an intimate ceremony and dinner reception. As dancing was not permitted, our approach was to create a setting that felt like an elevated dinner party. We got creative with guest entertainment, which included; a roaming magician, a gelato cart from Death in Venice, a cigar rolling station and live music to serenade guests throughout dinner. Wine was flowing throughout the evening and paired with Graydon’s beautiful menu offerings. As guests dined under the stars within the clear top tent at Graydon, we were reminded that although it took the long road to get there, love was certainly not cancelled.
