Rachel & Matt

Rachel and Matt’s wedding was an unforgettable blend of modern elegance and playful details. The day began at the Park Hyatt in Toronto, where Rachel got ready with her family and closest friends. She looked absolutely stunning in her intricate Monique Lhuillier lace gown, perfectly complemented by a sleek low bun styled by Chris Wood Hair and makeup by Fancy Face. Raquel Walman Creative set the tone early with beautifully designed invitations, while Paper & Poste provided the day-of stationery that tied all the details together seamlessly.

Their first look took place at Evergreen Brick Works, where the natural setting provided the perfect contrast to the urban-industrial vibe of the venue. The ceremony was set against the backdrop of the pond, with a Chuppah designed entirely from fresh baby’s breath by Stemz, creating a whimsical and romantic feel.

As guests entered the reception, they were greeted by an 8-foot-tall seating chart that made quite the statement. The venue was transformed with Eventure's deep green draping, and Stemz brought in trees and lanterns to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Disco balls and baby’s breath were a focal point of the design along with the bold black-and-white checkered floor by Reznick giving the space a modern yet playful edge.

The reception was a visual feast, with tabletop pieces by Splendid Settings, elegant linens from Simply Beautiful Decor, and furniture from Detailz Furniture Rentals and Element Event Solutions. The combination of textures and colours perfectly complemented the venue’s raw charm.

With Sole Power keeping the energy high, guests filled the dance floor all night long. Food Dudes catered an exceptional meal, and the cake by Finespun Cakes provided the perfect sweet ending to the evening.

Rachel and Matt’s wedding was a perfect balance of sophistication and fun. Later in the evening, Rachel wowed everyone as she stepped out in her second look—a chic mini dress adorned with feathers by Oscar de la Renta. Thanks to the stunning photography by 515 Photo Co. and videography by Wild and Free Films, every detail was flawlessly captured, showcasing the couple’s unique style and energy.
