Stephanie and Mitch’s wedding weekend was the kind you dream about—elegant, effortless, and full of personal touches (including one very dapper dog). Set in picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake, the celebrations began with an al fresco rehearsal dinner at Two Sisters Winery. A long harvest table nestled between the vines was full of colourful fresh florals and the golden glow of string lights above. As the sun dipped behind the vines, the couple welcomed guests with a cocktail party to kick off the weekend.
The next morning, Stephanie and her bridesmaids gathered in the Coach House at Riverbend Inn for a morning of bubbly, laughter, and glam. Stephanie slipped into a show-stopping Ines Di Santo gown paired with Stuart Weitzman heels, while her bridal party turned heads in floor-length sage green silk.
The ceremony, held on the lawn of the Riverbend Inn overlooking the vineyards, was nothing short of a floral dream. A lush arch by Rachel A. Clingen framed their vows, while their dog Zeus, in a bowtie, made his big moment down the aisle—nearly stealing the show. As Stephanie walked toward Mitch for the first time, there was not a dry eye in sight.
Guests were then invited across the vineyard to Peller Estates Winery, where cocktails, fresh oysters, and a custom seating chart featuring mini bottles of ice wine awaited. The reception tent—steps from the vines and built just for the couple—was a soft, romantic haven. Draping by Eventure softened the structure, while ceiling greenery installations and chandeliers created a dreamy canopy above. Lounge pieces in sage green from Detailz, paired with wood harvest tables and tabletop rentals from Simply Beautiful, struck the perfect balance of natural and refined.
As guests entered the tent, they were welcomed by a 10-piece band from Sole Power and the voice of MC Jeff Kelly who set the tone for the night.
Dinner, by Chef Andrus, was a culinary highlight of the night, followed by an exquisite cake by Nadia & Co. that was almost too pretty to eat. As golden hour poured into the tent, Stephanie changed into her second look: a sleek, beaded gown that shimmered during their first dance.
Just when guests thought it couldn’t get any better, out came custom jerseys featuring Zeus’s face. With spirits high, the Marners and their guests made their way to the candlelit cellar for an unforgettable after-party among the barrels.
