Our Day-of Coordination service is designed for clients who have meticulously planned their event but want professional expertise to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the big day. Beginning 3-4 months before your event, we step in to finalize details, confirm timelines, and coordinate with vendors, so no detail is overlooked.

From managing logistics to troubleshooting unexpected challenges, our team is there to oversee the entire event day with precision and care. We work closely with you during the final months of planning to understand your vision, ensuring every element aligns perfectly.

A: Ideally, we recommend hiring a wedding planner 12–18 months before your wedding day. This allows us ample time to secure the best vendors, curate your vision, and plan every detail to perfection. However, we can also work with shorter and longer timelines, depending on availability.

Q: Do you work with specific venues or vendors?

A: While we have trusted relationships with exceptional vendors and venues, we are flexible and happy to work with new partners that align with your vision and needs. Our priority is finding the perfect match for your wedding that aligns with your vision and budget.

Q: What is the difference between full-service planning and day-of coordination?

A:
  • Full-service planning: We handle everything from the initial concept to the final execution, including vendor sourcing, design, timelines, full project management and day of coordination. 
  • Day-of coordination: Ideal for couples who opt to plan their own wedding but prefer professional support in the final few months to ensure their day runs smoothly. We step in 3-4 months before the wedding to finalize details and manage the day

Q: How involved will we need to be in the planning process?

A: Our process is highly collaborative, but we tailor our approach to suit your preferences. Whether you want to be hands-on or prefer us to take the reins, we aim to work together as a team.

Q: What’s your approach to managing budgets?

A: We work closely with you to create a realistic budget and ensure it’s allocated effectively. With our expertise, we can help you make informed decisions to maximize value while achieving your dream wedding.

Q: How often do we meet for planning meetings?


A: Monthly is a good marker, especially a year-out. Some months we will meet more often and other months less. 

Q: Will I be working directly with my lead planner?


A: You will be working directly with your lead planner and an administrative assistant throughout the planning.

Q: How many planners will be on-site for our event?


A: We always work with a minimum of 2 planners. Your lead planner and assistant will be present on the wedding day to divide and conquer. With full service planning we offer 3 planners on-site.

Q: How involved will you be on the wedding day?


A: Our team is fully present on your wedding day from morning til night, managing everything from vendor arrivals to the event timeline, ensuring every detail runs flawlessly so you can relax and enjoy your day.

Q: Do you work with all budgets?


A: We specialize in luxury weddings, but we work with clients to create custom solutions that maximize your budget while delivering a high-quality, unforgettable event.

Q: Can you help us with design and décor?


A: Design is one of our specialties! With full service planning, we collaborate with you to create a cohesive vision for your wedding, curating every detail—from color palettes and florals to tablescapes and lighting—to reflect your unique style.

Q: What are your office hours?


A: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. As evenings and weekends are often dedicated to events, we prioritize consultations and planning meetings during regular business hours. However, we understand your schedule might vary, and we’re happy to discuss arrangements to accommodate your needs where possible.

Q: Can we text you with questions or updates?


A: While we appreciate the convenience of texting, we kindly ask that most communication be directed through email or scheduled calls. This ensures we can keep all details organized and easily accessible. For time-sensitive updates or urgent matters, texting is perfectly fine, and we’ll respond as promptly as possible during business hours. 

Q: How many weddings do you take on at once?


A: To ensure each client receives the attention and care they deserve, we limit the number of weddings we plan at any given time. This allows us to dedicate ourselves fully to making your event extraordinary.

A: We work in structured phases, providing a detailed planning timeline tailored to your wedding. Each phase outlines key milestones, and we conduct regular check-ins to keep everything organized and on schedule. Q: Can you help us plan multiple events for our wedding weekend?


A: Yes! We can assist with the full wedding weekend experience, including welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and farewell brunches, ensuring each event flows seamlessly and complements your wedding day. Ask us about this as we can prepare a custom weekend investment for you!

Q: Do you charge travel fees for destination weddings?


A: For destination weddings, travel and accommodation costs for our team will be included in your proposal. We’ll work closely with you to create a transparent and comprehensive budget for this.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?


A: Yes, we understand the importance of budgeting and offer flexible payment schedules to suit your needs. Details will be outlined in your service agreement.

Q: Do you attend vendor meetings with us?

A: Absolutely! As part of our full-service planning, we attend key vendor meetings to ensure your vision is clearly communicated and all details are aligned. Our key vendor meetings include - Venue, Catering, Floral & Decor, Rentals, Invitations & Stationery, Cake, A/V & Entertainment

Q: What happens if unforeseen circumstances arise on our wedding day?
